Samsung’s 2026 foldable line-up is now up for pre-order through Singapore’s telcos, and the three operators have taken visibly different routes. StarHub leads with a headline S$0 device cost on its 5G Unlimited+ Plans. M1 stacks accessories, credit card rebates and membership discounts into a bundle it values at more than S$1,700. Singtel runs on stackable promo codes and tells customers they can make the S$0 decision. We will be adding the price plans when buying the Galaxy Z series smartphone from a telco under a two year or SIM-only plan.
Before we take a look at what the telcos are offering, here’s what it’ll cost you get if you pre-order it from Samsung (the previous year’s pricing is in brackets where applicable):

Singtel’s pitch is arithmetic rather than a single headline number. Its Galaxy Z page tells customers it has stacked up the savings for them, and that upfront phone discounts and port-in savings offset the difference and produce a lower total spend across 24 months, before inviting them to make the S$0 decision. Selected phones are advertised from S$0 with a Singtel plan.
