Recent datamining from the Genshin Impact beta has revealed the four 5-Stars that will feature on the Event Banners in Version 6.2: Durin, Varesa, Xilonen, and Venti. Ever since the reintroduction of the Chronicled Banner in Genshin Impact, the developers have been able to create a consistent schedule of stacked lineups. Version 6.1 features Nefer and Furina in the first half, while the second half is headlined by Arlecchino and Zhongli.
On the other hand, Version 6.2 will officially introduce two new characters to Genshin Impact, Jahoda and Durin. According to information procured from the beta, Jahoda will fulfill the role of an Anemo Healer who specializes in boosting Elemental Mastery, while also providing bonuses depending on the elemental composition of her party. On the other hand, Durin will be a 5-Star Pyro Sword with two playstyles: that of an on-field driver for Vaporize and Melt, as well as off-field support for the other Pyro reactions.
Genshin Impact: Banner Characters for Version 6.2
- Durin – 5-Star Pyro Sword
- Venti – 5-Star Anemo Bow
- Xilonen – 5-Star Geo Sword
- Varesa – 5-Star Electro Catalyst
- Jahoda – 4-Star Anemo Bow
Thanks to HomDGCat’s datamining, the Genshin Impact community can already know what to expect from the Event Banners in Version 6.2. Though the order of characters is unknown, Version 6.2 is expected to feature Durin, Venti, Xilonen, and Varesa. No current 4-Stars have been datamined for Version 6.2, but it is safe to assume that Jahoda will be in the first half with Durin. As for the other characters, Xilonen remains one of the best support characters in Genshin Impact and will no doubt draw plenty of interest from players who skipped her during Natlan.
However, there is one more thing for players to keep in mind. Version 6.2 is bringing major buffs to older Genshin Impact characters from Mondstadt. Venti, Mona, Klee, and Albedo will have their ability kits updated in the upcoming patch, with Venti expected to also receive a new Signature Weapon. Furthermore, Version 6.2 will introduce a faction system to Genshin Impact – with Hexenzirkel characters providing mutual buffs to each other when paired up. The initial list of Hexenzirkel characters is expected to be Durin, Venti, Albedo, Klee, Mona, Sucrose, Fischl, Razor.
Keeping this in mind, there is a chance that Venti will draw some pulls on his banner as well. That being said, players should be careful with their Primogems in Genshin Impact, as Version 6.2 won’t come with a new map expansion – resulting in a lower number of Intertwined Wishes across the board. Version 6.2 is set to launch on December 3, 2025.
