These are the best street food dishes I ate on my recent trip to Singapore as a certified foodie. Singapore is famous for its hawker food centres and street food so of course I had to get my fill during my weekend stint in the city – there are so many good street food options because Singapore is a melting pot of so many different cultures. It is hard to narrow it down but here were some of my favourites: 🌯Popiah – a fresh spring roll made with a crepe like batter. Filled with. Textural bomb of fresh veggies, stewed veggies, peanuts and a delicious chilli sauce. 🍜 Fish ball noodles – comforting bowl of noodles either the bounciest and largest fish balls! 🥤 Drinks – do not pass up any of the fresh juices and fun concoctions being sold at the hawker centres. Calamansi juice, sugar cane juice, cold milk and kopi will always be my favourites. 🥗 Rojak – a delicious salad made out of fresh fruit and veggies, deep fried tofu, deep fried doughy stick and all cut into bite sized chunks that are tossed in this addicting and spicy sauce. 🍜 Laksa – you can’t go to Singapore without having a Laksa. One of my favourite noodle dishes of all time. 🍝 Char Kway Teo – possibly one of Singapore’s most famous dishes. Perfect at any time of day (especially good when drunk or hungover). It’s a salty, soy, umami fried rice noodle dish that hits every time. #singaporefoodie #singaporehawkercenter #hawkerfood #hawkercentre #hawkerfoodsg #singaporerescue #singaporefood #singaporetiktok #singaporetrending #singaporetravel #singaporetips #streetfood #asianfoods #noodle #wieiad #diml
