Genshin Impact has officially revealed the full slate of characters coming to the Event Banners in the second half of Version 6.1, with Arlecchino and Zhongli accompanied by Lan Yan, Rosaria, and Yun Jin. The first half of Version 6.1 can best be summed up with three key events: the launch of Miliastra Wonderland, the debut of Nefer, and the continuation of the Song of the Welkin Moon. According to public wish data for Genshin Impact, Nefer had double the number of summons compared to Furina, but only half when compared to Flins in Version 6.0.
While this speaks to the popularity of male characters in Genshin Impact, there is one other factor to consider: Columbina’s impending debut in Version 6.3. Unlike earlier regions, Nod-Krai will not have a map expansion in Version 6.1 and Version 6.2 – creating a veritable drought of Primogems. However, there is always a reason for pulling on a specific Event Banner in Genshin Impact, and the second half of Version 6.1 is no exception.

As confirmed by Genshin Impact on social media, Version 6.1 will feature Arlecchino, Zhongli, Rosaria, Yun Jin, and Lan Yan in the second half of its Event Banners, starting on November 11, 2025. Even though Mavuika remains the best Pyro character in Genshin Impact, Arlecchino’s playstyle still makes her a respectable choice who can keep up with the current meta. On the other hand, Zhongli remains a staple for casual players – allowing them to sacrifice a bit of damage in exchange for a stable rotation.
Among the 4-Star characters in the upcoming lineup, players will likely appreciate the opportunity to grab a few Lan Yan constellations along the way. In certain scenarios, a well-built Lan Yan with C2 can even overtake Zhongli as a Shield Support, but the Geo Archon is still considered the most comfortable pick by far. Rosaria and Yun Jin are far more niche by comparison, albeit not without some synergy in Arlecchino’s teams in Genshin Impact.
Unless Genshin Impact players need these specific characters to complete a team, it is advised to save Primogems for either Durin or Columbina. Durin is expected to make his playable debut in the first half of Version 6.2, and he will be an off-field Pyro Support who synergizes with other Hexenzirkel characters in Genshin Impact. The second half banners for Version 6.1 will last until the launch of Version 6.2 on December 3, 2025.
