Genshin Impact Officially Reveals Jahoda for Version 6.2

Genshin Impact has officially unveiled Jahoda as a 4-Star Anemo Bow character, set to make her debut in Version 6.2 as the latest in a long line of Anemo healers. Every region in Genshin Impact has that unexpected breakout star. For Sumeru, it was Kaveh. For Natlan, it was Ororon. Nod-Krai’s version is shaping up to be Jahoda, an employee of the Curatorium of Secrets, whose scrappy personality endeared her to fans over the course of Version 6.0.

While not much was known about Jahoda’s gameplay prior to the beta opening up for Version 6.2, recent datamining determined that Jahoda would play the role of a group healer while also providing different bonuses to the team – based on which element is most numerous. In the event of a tie, the priority of elements determining Jahoda’s buffs would go as follows: Pyro, Hydro, Electro, and Cryo. Theorycrafters have compared her to Sucrose, with Jahoda potentially being a decent teammate for Nefer teams in Genshin Impact.

Genshin Impact: Jahoda

  • Rarity: 4-Star
  • Gender: Female
  • Element: Anemo
  • Weapon: Bow
  • Constellation: Fragum

Genshin Impact revealed Jahoda as a playable character on October 24, 2025, but she isn’t expected to join the roster until December 3, 2025. Version 6.2 is expected to feature Durin, Venti, Xilonen, and Varesa on the Event Banners. Unfortunately, it’s too early to predict whether Jahoda will appear in the first or second half of the update. As such, players should prepare their Primogems in Genshin Impact for the start of Version 6.2, and then adjust accordingly after the developer livestream.

Though it’s not recommended to pull for 4-Star characters in Genshin Impact, the Event Banners in Version 6.2 have a few factors for players to consider: Durin is a 5-Star Pyro Support, a very rare archetype; Venti is expected to receive a major buff, including a new Signature Weapon; and lastly, Xilonen is one of the best universal Support characters in the game. As such, attempting to grab a few Jahoda constellations in either half of Version 6.2 should be more than justified, provided players have enough Intertwined Wishes for Columbina in Version 6.3.

Not much is known about Columbina’s gameplay, but she is expected to be the final piece of the puzzle for many Nod-Krai teams in Genshin Impact. As such, fans who have already invested in Nod-Krai characters should keep their Primogems reasonably stocked. Version 6.2 is set to launch on December 3, 2025, but Genshin Impact players won’t need to worry about the Moon Maiden of Nod-Krai until the second half of January.
