To open the human organ box in Silent Hill: Townfall, you need expert detective skills and a lot of nerve. Once you’ve obtained a flashlight and the first hint, you must restore electricity and sneak into a newspaper store — without alerting its unfriendly visitor. Only then will you be able to find the six-digit code that unlocks the human organ box.

Here’s how to restore power to Zoe’s house and find the necessary clue to solve the human organ box puzzle in Silent Hill: Townfall.

How to restore power to Zoe’s house in Silent Hill: Townfall

You will find the human organ box during a mission called “A Connection,” which follows the “Escape” mission. Inside Zoe’s house (number 2A, west of the Town Square), in the kitchen, you’ll find a large box with “human organ in transit” written on it. You must find a six-digit code to open it.

For now, leave the organ box and explore the rest of Zoe’s house. Be sure to collect three key items: The organ transplant card (in the smallest bathroom, on the floor), the flashlight (in a kitchen drawer), and AA batteries (in the storage room upstairs, small drawer). Open your inventory and combine the flashlight with the batteries to get it working.

The organ transplant card reveals that a secure lock code is provided through email. Zoe has a computer in her living room, but we’ll have to restore power, first.

Now, use the flashlight to enter the crawlspace next to the stairs, and read the electricard credit guide, which informs you that electricity cards are sold at the local newsagent.

The store, Peter’s Newsagent, is building number two, across the road. Since the front door is locked, go around the back, but beware of the monster; either sneak past, or barge into the shop, grab the stick on the counter, and whack it before it whacks you (sneaking is probably safest). The prepaid power card is in the cash register on the counter. Grab it and go back to Zoe’s house.

Get back into the crawlspace, insert the prepaid power card in the machine, and press button B, “apply credit.” Now you can read the emails on Zoe’s computer in her living room.

One of the emails makes no sense at first glance, but between the strange symbols, it contains the clue needed to open the human organ box: You must use the first and last three digits of the corresponding ET code.
