ROG’s 20th anniversary gaming bundle

ROG’s 20th anniversary gaming bundle

Twenty years after ROG began with one motherboard, the ASUS gaming brand now sells practically everything you might need for a gaming setup – including laptops, handhelds, monitors, routers and even chairs. So, naturally, for its 20th anniversary it is celebrating with an entire collection of limited-edition hardware, plenty of gold and a S$20,899 bundle.

We have already had the chance to look at the collection at Computex 2026, but at a private and then a separate media event, we got to look at them more close-up. Called Edition 20, the collection is given a black-and-gold anniversary treatment across PC components, peripherals and other ROG hardware. But make no mistake, ROG isn’t merely giving its existing hardware a new coat of paint.

The most extravagant pieces include a newly-designed ROG Astral GeForce RTX 5090 with a curved AMOLED screen, transparent glass backplate and an 800W power limit, as well as a 3,000W Thor power supply that is designed to support systems containing as many as four RTX 5090 cards. Yes, yes I know what you’re thinking: Quite who needs such a setup is another matter, but practicality is probably not the point of a 20th-anniversary collection.

The Azoth Extreme Edition 20 is an even more “extreme” version of the original keyboard.

There is also a Crosshair X870E Edition 20 motherboard supporting up to nine M.2 drives, and a GR20 modular open-frame case that can be positioned vertically, horizontally or at an angle. These join the Ryujin 360 Edition 20 liquid cooler, Azoth Extreme keyboard and Harpe II Extreme mouse in the Edition 20 Ultimate Bundle, which starts at that eye-watering S$20,899.

A smaller Edition 20 Gaming Bundle costs S$11,999 and combines the ROG NUC 16 Edition 20 mini PC with the Azoth Extreme keyboard, Harpe II Extreme mouse and Swift OLED PG27AQWP-G Edition 20 monitor. Interestingly, it’s not a flagship 4K monitor, it being 27-inch QHD (1440p) display with a 540Hz refresh rate – or 720Hz when running at 1080p.

ROG also previewed its Xbox Ally X20 Bundle at the event. The anniversary-edition handheld comes with an improved 7.4-inch OLED display but retains the same AMD Ryzen AI Z2 Extreme processor. It also comes with a pair of ROG Xreal R1 Edition 20 gaming AR glasses. Local pricing and availability have yet to be announced.

And if you’re wondering, yes, all the bundles above are sold as such. They will not be available for sale as standalone.

The Rapture GT-BE98 Pro Edition 20 router is available as a standalone purchase though.

The rest of the anniversary collection are pretty “trivial” from here on: There’s the ROG Keycap Mystery Box Edition 20 (S$49). The Rapture GT-BE98 Pro Edition 20 router ($1,199) and Destrier Edition 20 gaming chair (S$1,299), although ASUS has not confirmed when will these be available in Singapore.
