Walmart has restocked its exclusive Icon Blue Limited Edition DualSense Controller. The striking new official PlayStation controller for PS5 launched October 20 and sold out within a day. We’ve been checking Walmart’s online storefront daily for restocks, and today (October 29) is the first time we’ve seen it available to order since launch day.
The Icon Blue DualSense is one of five limited-edition PS5 controllers PlayStation released in October. The other four are themed around PlayStation-exclusive game franchises, but somewhat strangely, the Icon Blue variant was the only one to sell out on launch day.
PlayStation announced the Icon Blue DualSense alongside several other Walmart-exclusive collectibles and merch. While you’re picking up your controller, check out the other new Walmart-exclusive PlayStation products:

Inspired by the PS5’s icon light when powered on, the new edition is meant to capture the “feeling of anticipation and wonder” whenever you boot up the PlayStation 5. Other small flourishes include Katakana characters on the back and PlayStation’s face button shapes on the touchpad.

Limited Edition DualSense Controllers
In stock on October 29
As mentioned, the Icon Blue DualSense is just one of five new Limited Edition PS5 Controllers in October. At the beginning of the month, PlayStation launched a pair of Ghost of Yotei DualSense Controllers, one with black artwork and another with gold.
On October 23, PlayStation released a new God of War-themed DualSense to commemorate the franchise’s 20th anniversary. The God of War 20th Anniversary Edition DualSense is back in stock at Amazon after selling out earlier this month. The white controller has a red stripe to match Kratos’ omega tattoo.
Rounding out a month filled with new PS5 controllers is the return of the exceedingly popular Astro Bot-themed model. Originally released last year, the new edition is called Astro Bot Joyful Limited Edition because the blue eyes on the touchpad match the little robot’s smiling face. The Astro Bot Joyful Limited Edition DualSense is available for $85 at Amazon and officially releases October 30.
PlayStation Direct still has stock of the $85 Death Stranding 2: On the Beach DualSense, which features a selection of black colors, subtle orange accents, and iconography inspired by one of the organizations present in the game, Drawbridge. The Death Stranding-themed DualSense released in June as a PlayStation Direct exclusive.
Lastly, the Fortnite Limited Edition DualSense from last year remains in stock for $85 at Target and PlayStation Direct.
