Singaporean flavours, reimagined in the most unexpected ways at Restaurant Labyrinth @restaurantlabyrinth. Every course felt nostalgic yet completely elevated ā a storytelling experience through food, where familiar local dishes were transformed with Japanese techniques and fine dining precision. From the comforting richness of Sup Tulang, Oxtail Mandu and flaky Prata, Lamb, Raita, to the beautifully balanced Shima Aji, Stingless Bee Honey and the incredibly silky Dry Aged Kinki, Inaniwa Somen ā every dish carried so much depth and intention. Highlights for me had to be the Sawara, Roti Jala with its delicate smokiness and subtle sweetness, the luxurious French Poulet, Chicken Rice Donabe, and of course the playful Kaya āToastā finale that ended the meal on the perfect nostalgic note.
