If you wanted to taste the best of Singaporean flavours and only had time to visit one restaurant, then you have to come to Restaurant Labyrinth! They’re One MICHELIN Starred and are ranked No.40 in Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 2026, and they indeed live up to the hype! We had their Chef’s Tasting Menu ($288++ per person) that serves up 13 spectacular dishes! From the start, the flavours are familiar with things like Sup Tulang, Prata with Lamb Curry and even a Fish Curry made with Japanese Spanish Mackerel, but every one of it took a completely new form of texture and style! The amount of food was extensive, but if I had to pick a few favourites, it would definitely be the Chili Crab Pie that uses snow crab and a traditional Chili sauce housed in an amazing crispy pastry, and the Kinki Fish Soup, with that rich fish bone broth and a beautifully cooked fish!
