Quinary x Bar 1802
Hong Kongâs first house of molecular mixology is hosting one of the first guest shifts of the year as it welcomes bar manager Donovan Chouari of Bar 1802 at the Hotel Monte Cristo Paris. The Parisian establishment specialises in rum, but Quinary promises that Chouari also brings âinventive uses of ingredients like gochujang, seaweed and persimmonâ, which are much closer to home.
