In the meantime, Quinary rings in the new year with one of the first high-profile guest shifts of the year, as Bar 1802 arrives all the way from Paris.

Quinary x Bar 1802
Hong Kong’s first house of molecular mixology is hosting one of the first guest shifts of the year as it welcomes bar manager Donovan Chouari of Bar 1802 at the Hotel Monte Cristo Paris. The Parisian establishment specialises in rum, but Quinary promises that Chouari also brings “inventive uses of ingredients like gochujang, seaweed and persimmon”, which are much closer to home.
