As Christmas draws near and work winds down before 2026, it’s the perfect time to sample an array of limited-time Yuletide cocktails from some of the city’s best and newest bars alike. From mulled wine variations (including ones served cold!) to creamy eggnog twists and beyond, here are six of Hong Kong’s curated Christmas cocktail menus to check out before the end of December.
The Aubrey

Following the launch of its Japanese-inspired Shibumi menu this year, this upscale izakaya and cocktail bar concept at the Mandarin Oriental brings its combination of Japanese flavours and modern mixology to Christmas cocktails. The Hot Wine combines a malted “mugi” shochu with cherry ratafia and spices in a unique take on mulled wine. For those looking for something with texture, the Matcha Egg Nogg adds matcha and chocolate to the wintertime favourite. Rounding out the trio is the effervescent Yukima, combining rice shochu with The Aubrey’s own champagne.
