An ARC Raiders player has discovered a useful trick that allows users to see the total value of their Stash, which should make preparing for the final stage of this month’s Expedition much easier. Although ARC Raiders has only been available for a little over a month, those who have been grinding Embark’s new third-person extraction shooter are currently gearing up to take part in the first Expedition and completely reset their characters for some exclusive benefits.
For those who are new to the game or simply have not put in enough hours to warrant taking part, the Expedition is ARC Raiders‘ version of a ‘wipe’. While titles such as Rust or Escape from Tarkov reset players’ progression, skills, and inventory every so often in order to keep things on a level playing field, ARC Raiders does things a little differently and offers players additional benefits if they take part in the seasonal Expedition and reset their character. To take part, players must prepare their caravan to leave the Rust Belt forever. This involves completing six different steps to build the caravan, many of which require players to contribute a certain number of materials. Once completed, all users will then depart on the same date, and the Expedition window will then be closed until the next season.
ARC Raiders Reveals Week 7 Trials Challenges
A new week officially begins, which means ARC Raiders players now have a new set of Trials Challenges to complete for December 2025.
This is a drastically different approach to how other extraction shooters handle server wipes, and Embark says it’s their solution to some of the problems that arise with mandatory wipes. The studio says progression wipes are a “notoriously difficult thing” to balance when it comes to online multiplayer games, and while the traditional system seen in other popular titles has its obvious benefits, such as heavily invested players getting to re-experience the “initial grind” once again, while also levelling the playing field for all players, Embark says it wants to offer fans the choice. Those who haven’t completed as much as they would have liked can continue grinding, while those ready for a new challenge have the opportunity to take part in the Expedition and receive special buffs and rewards.
ARC Raiders Player Discovers Handy Stash Trick
In preparation for the now delayed ARC Raiders Expedition, fans have been gathering as many resources as possible to maximize the benefits available to them. However, one serious complaint fans have with the game’s user interface is that it does not detail the total value of a player’s Stash. The majority of users are thus being forced to select all 280 items in their inventory in order to see what the total amount is, but one fan has found an easier way to accomplish this. In a new post on Reddit, user UncleWhiteTom discovered that it is possible to adjust the internal date of your PC to the 17th or 18th of December and then head to the Expedition section to reveal the total value of a player’s Stash. This is possible because it tricks ARC Raiders into thinking the departure window is now open, thereby revealing the Stash’s total value, but the player notes that the departure button does nothing.
Over the weekend, Embark revealed some fresh details surrounding ARC Raiders‘ upcoming Expedition. According to the studio, players can earn up to five skill points based on the total value of their Stash at the time of departure. One million coins worth of value is the equivalent of one extra skill point for a reset Raider. This means players will need a total of five million coins worth of Stash value if they wish to receive all five skill points available after the Expedition. However, the only downside to this is that there is currently no way for players to see the total value of their Stash without selecting all 280 items, making this trick incredibly useful for those who are in the preparation stages for this month’s Expedition.
