Every map in ARC Raiders is special in its own way. At the start of raids, players flood the high-value loot areas trying to get the best loot early. However, every map in ARC Raiders contains some underrated locations where raiders can get good loot without much competition.
Weapon Tier List in ARC Raiders
Here are the guns available in ARC Raiders, sorted in a tier list.
Dam Battlegrounds has plenty of underrated loot spots along the edges of its map, making it a great place for farming weapon crates without getting into PvP.
Formicai Outpost
The Formicai Outpost is one of the spawn points at the start of raids in ARC Raiders. It’s located on the bottom part of the Dam Battlegrounds map. When entering the Formicai Outpost’s only building, there’s a chance to find a weapon case inside. Players can locate it in the round chamber where they usually spawn. What makes Formicai Outpost a hidden gem to loot is that there’s another weapon case on top of the same chamber. It requires a little parkour or a Snap Hook to get to the higher floor, but there’s a big chance to find another weapon crate there.
After finishing with Formicai Outpost, players can travel west, heading for the Water Towers. On the way, there’s a high hill with some utility, med, and weapon cases. It further makes targeting Formicai Outpost for a visit more worthwhile.
Water Towers
The Water Towers are another great loot spot on the Dam Battlegrounds map in ARC Raiders. It’s close to the Formicai Outpost location, making it a perfect southern area of interest. What makes the Water Towers special is that they have three weapon crates in their perimeter, without using any keys or solving puzzles.
ARC Raiders: Best Spots For Farming Blueprints Early
Maximize your blueprint farming efficiency in ARC Raiders with these strategic locations for early-game loot.
The only items players should bring to the raid are Ziplines or a Snap Hook, since the weapon crates spawn on top of the towers. Players can also bring Binoculars to check the towers before getting on top of them. This will save a lot of Ziplines for later runs.
South Swamp Outpost
After looting the Water Towers, players can travel northwest, targeting the South Swamp Outpost. It’s a big location that usually has one or two flying ARC enemies patrolling it. The entire area is not important, as it barely has anything to loot. However, there’s a round building in the middle of the South Swamp Outpost that resembles the Formicai Outpost building.
Inside the round chamber, there’s a chance for a weapon crate to spawn, in addition to another weapon crate on the higher floor. The best part about all these underrated looting locations is that they’re near the Good Old Baron’s Hatch, which allows players to escape and end the raid without any complications.
Central Swamp
The Central Swamp is one of the few nameless locations that has underrated loot in ARC Raiders. The Central Swamp is located between the Water Treatment Control and the Hydroponic Dome Complex locations. There, players can find up to three weapon crates, protected by a Leaper. It’s also right next to the Hydroponic Dome Complex, a high-value loot area that’s heavily protected by flying ARC enemies, including an ARC Rocketeer that patrols the Central Swamp sometimes. Still, if players manage to dodge these ARCs, the potential three weapon crates scattered there are worth constantly visiting this underrated loot area in ARC Raiders.
Pipeline Tower
The Pipeline Tower is another spawn location that has a lot of potential loot around it. However, unlike the Formicai Outpost, where raiders spawn next to the weapon crates, players must bring a Zipline or Snap Hook to reach the tower’s roof. There, players can find up to two weapon crates with other utility and med crates.
The Pipeline Tower is an underrated destination for players looking for good loot, simply because of the surrounding locations. Almost all of them have a chance to spawn a weapon crate. The area also serves as a decent start or end for a weapon crate farming route.
