For aspiring VTubers (virtual YouTubers) and other virtual avatar-based livestreamers, full-body motion capture is typically expensive or difficult to implement.
Democratising that technology with easy, affordable access is Sony, which is now offering its Mocopi motion capture system in a minimal-fuss manner in Singapore.
The Mocopi sensors work with just a smartphone, allowing the next virtual star following the footsteps of Usada Pekora, Houshou Marine, or PLAVE to not only get easy mocap captures, but also do it while outdoors.

Wearing Mocopi
Sony Mocopi revolves around six small sensors: two on the wrists, two on the ankles, one on a headband, and one clipped to the waistband. The S$599 package comes with all these sensors, a charging case (via USB-C), stretchy bands, and a waistband clip for attachment.
