NVIDIA RTX Spark & DGX Station launch on Windows


NVIDIA has revealed that its RTX Spark laptops will be available starting from 16 October.

The announcement was made during Microsoft’s Windows and Surface event in San Francisco, where NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang joined Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella to talk about the two companies’ plans for AI on Windows PCs.

RTX Spark was first announced earlier this year as NVIDIA’s new Windows PC platform built around its Grace Blackwell architecture. It combines an NVIDIA Blackwell RTX GPU with a Grace CPU, with systems supporting up to 128GB of unified memory and delivering up to one petaflop of FP4 AI performance. Instead of relying on cloud servers, RTX Spark gives developers and users enough hardware power to run considerably larger AI models directly on their PCs.

The first RTX Spark laptops are now available for pre-order, while compact desktop systems are expected to follow in November. Acer, ASUS, Dell, Gigabyte, HP, Lenovo, Microsoft and MSI are among the first PC makers preparing RTX Spark machines.
