The Amazon Prime Big Deal Days Sale, also known as October Prime Day, is now live. This is part deux of Amazon’s biggest sale event of the year (the first Prime Day happened in June) with discounts that rival Black Friday itself. Blink and you’ll miss it, because the sale only runs for two days, from Tuesday October 6 to midnight PT on Wednesday, October 7.
If you want to get a head start on your holiday shopping even before November, this is going to be your best opportunity to score the lowest prices of the year on just about everything, including video games and consoles, AirPods, electronics, LEGOs, 4K Blu-ray movies, men’s apparel and accessories, fitness products, and more.
This list will be updated throughout the entire Prime Day sale event, so check back for new deals.
The Ten Best Prime Day Deals So Far
The LEGO Icons Project Hail Mary Sees Its First Discount
LEGO Icons Project Hail Mary

Project Hail Mary was one of 2026’s biggest movies, and with its March release came an impressively detailed LEGO recreation of the space shuttle seen in the film. If you’ve been waiting for a price cut to buy this one, Prime Big Deal Days is your chance to snag it at its first-ever discounted price. The set is down to $69.99 from its $99.99 original sticker price.
The Best Prime Day Video Game Deals for PS5, Xbox, and Switch
Prime Day isn’t the best time of year to score a great deal on video games. Black Friday usually offers a wider variety of games at deeper discounts. That said, there are video game deals available, and some of them are actually quite good. Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth for PS5 drops to $16.99, which is probably the best deal so far. Blood of Dawnwalker was released just a month ago and it’s already $10 off as well.

Apple’s newest MacBook Air just dropped to its lowest price since the hike back in June of 2026. During the Amazon October Prime Day Sale, you can save $200 off the base model, which includes an M5 chip, 16GB of RAM, and a 512GB SSD, now just $1,099 with free shipping. This is the newest generation model that was released earlier this year.
Amazon’s 3-for-$33 4K Blu-ray Movie Sale Is Back for Prime Day

Magic The Gathering TCG Is on Sale for Prime Day
Card collecting is a very expensive hobby, so you definitely want to take advantage of any opportunity to score discounts on cards, especially randomized packs like boosters. The Best Budget Gaming Chairs Are Even Cheaper for Prime Day
Not everyone can or even wants to pay several hundred dollars for a gaming chair. And you don’t really have to. There are plenty of comfortable gaming chairs under $300 that can withstand multiple hour gaming sessions. Some of the best budget gaming chairs are on sale for Prime Day, including top-rated brands like Razer and Corsair.
Save $50 Off the Meta Quest 3S VR Headset for Prime Day
If you haven’t experienced the world of immersive VR gaming, you’re missing out. For Prime Day, Amazon is offering a Meta Quest 3S 128GB VR headset for just $297 after a $50 off instant discount. This particular bundle also includes 2,000 shiny rocks (in-game currency) and DLC items for the popular Gorilla Tag free-to-play VR game. I’ve reviewed the Meta Quest and I’ll be the first to admit that VR gaming isn’t for everyone. That said, I wholeheartedly encourage any avid gamer to try it out, and the Meta Quest 3S is the most accessible way to do so.
Prime Day Deals You Never Thought You Needed
Let’s face it. The vast majority of the “hundreds of thousands” of Prime Day deals are on items that were never really on your radar. Most of them probably don’t apply to you, but there are some solid deals out there on products that you might actually be interested in. I’ve rounded up a bunch of useful tech products and gadgets than a tech enthusiast, gamer, tinkerer, or handyman could find good use for.
Don’t Miss the Complete Calvin and Hobbes Prime Day Book Deal
The Complete Calvin and Hobbes Hardcover Box Set
12
The complete Calvin and Hobbes book set is the ultimate collector’s item for any devoted fan of the comic series and it’s on sale for Prime Day. You can pick up either the hardcover edition for $99.01 or the paperback edition for $86.86. The hardcover edition is a more premium set that looks good on your shelf. The paperback books, however, are easier to actually read since the comics are divided into four smaller books instead of three bigger ones.
Board Games Are on Sale for Prime Day
A strong case can be made that board games are just a superior version of video games. The only real difference is that you’re “forced” to use your imagination and you’re up against physically present human players. Both aspects are difficult to emulate on a PC or gaming console. For Prime Day, several of the most popular board game titles are on sale.

7
One of the best wireless gaming headsets just dropped to its lowest price ever. Woot, which is owned by Amazon, is offering a new Steelseries Arctis Nova Pro wireless gaming headset for Xbox, PS5, and PC for just $237.48. The SteelSeries Arctis Nova Pro has long been one of IGN’s highest rated wireless gaming headsets. IGN’s Kevin Lee gave the Nova Pro a 10/10 “Masterpiece” review. I’ve clocked well over a thousand hours on mine to the point that my earcups were worn through (I replaced them with the awesome WC Freeze gel earpads).

You don’t need to pay $150, $100, or even $50 for an excellent PC gaming controller. The 8BitDo Ultimate 2C Wireless PC Gaming Controller is already attractively priced at $29.99 and is arguably the best controller at that price point. However, for Prime Day Amazon has dropped the price by another 20% to $23.99. I really like this controller and recommend it to anyone who doesn’t want to spend $64 or more on a Gamesir G7 Pro (my other favorite controller).
