One person was taken to hospital after a T-bone crash involving a sport utility vehicle (SUV) and a car in Tanjong Pagar on Wednesday (Sept 23) evening.
The incident happened at about 7.35pm near the junction of Tras Street and Tras Link, near Oasia Hotel and Carlton City Hotel.
A video of the accident posted by TikTok user melicacy shows the front of a black SUV lodged in the driver’s side of a car. The driver appears trapped in his seat, while the vehicle’s airbags can be seen deployed.
Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) firefighters are also seen attempting to access the driver through the rear passenger door.
