Just when they thought life could not possibly become more chaotic – full-time jobs in finance, the whirlwind of a toddler and the imminent arrival of a second child – William Li and Sara Browne decided to add one more variable to the equation: buying a 1,500 sq ft (139 square metre) flat in Happy Valley, Hong Kong.
