The iPhone event is over, but Apple could still announce these 8 products before the year ends

Mac users could have even more to look forward to. Apple is reportedly preparing an M6-powered iMac with new colour options, a new entry-level 14-inch MacBook Pro, and a more ambitious MacBook Pro/Ultra model featuring an OLED display with touch capabilities.

The latter could be the most interesting Mac launch of the lot. Apple is rumoured to be exploring a thinner MacBook Pro design with an OLED touchscreen and other changes that could make it one of the biggest MacBook redesigns in years.

Apple’s long-awaited smart home push could also gather momentum with three new products.

These reportedly include a new Apple TV with the N1 networking chip and Wi-Fi 7, a HomePod mini with support for the company’s more capable Siri AI, and the much-anticipated smart home hub that could serve as the command centre for Apple’s growing connected-home ecosystem.

Apple is reportedly preparing Beats 360, a new over-ear headphone that could feature interchangeable ear cushions and headbands. Unlike the Macs and iPad mini, however, the headphones could be announced quietly through a press release rather than receiving a dedicated launch event.

Apple is widely expected to hold an October event to unveil at least some of these products, particularly the new Macs and iPad mini. The smart home devices could also appear, depending on how far along they are in development.
