Indonesia’s Soekarno-Hatta International Airport has extended its closure to 9.30pm local time, after Mount Anak Krakatau erupted, sending ash across western parts of Indonesia. In Singapore, at least 60 flights between Singapore and Jakarta were cancelled. Passengers were either rescheduled on other flights, or are waiting to find out when they can fly from Sep 7. Affected airlines have also set up counters to assist travellers. Sherlyn Seah reports from Changi Airport.
