Man trapped under van in Bedok North void deck, rescued by SCDF with hydraulic equipment


A man was rescued after being trapped under a van in a Bedok void deck on Nov 21.

Stomper Ash shared photos of the incident at Block 423 Bedok North Avenue 1.

“The white Nissan van is visible with its driver’s side door open, stopped near a concrete pillar,” said the Stomper, describing the photos.

“Bicycles can be seen stored in racks nearby. Emergency personnel wearing helmets and safety gear are seen actively working beneath the front section of the van.
