During this event, more Infernal Compasses will drop when completing Diablo 4 activities, and the amount of Aether earned from sealing Chaos Rifts has been increased. • Increased Aether from sealing Chaos Rifts
  • Increased Chaos Waves for Infernal Hordes

This means reaching the Fell Council and battling Bartuc will be easier than ever, as Infernal Compasses are needed in order to do so. Additionally, it is also a great opportunity to climb the ranks of the seasonal Viz-Jaq’taar Veneration Reputation board ahead of the season’s end as well. The announcement blog post mentioned there was “more” to this event than just the listed boosts, though it remains to be seen exactly what that might entail.

However, players should be aware that those without Diablo 4: Vessel of Hatred will be unable to fight Andariel unless they purchase the expansion first.
