So proud of @unclerayschickenrice in NYC for managing to maintain the FLAVOUR & FRAGRANCE of Singapore’s beloved Hainanese chicken rice. Seeing locals abroad and cool people from NYC come together and validate this, is all I need to prove to you that you HAVE to be here. It’s in Hell’s Kitchen: 📍 790 9th Ave, New York, NY 10019, United States Protip: lunch hour is the least crowded time, uber eats as well of course. But definitely try it. As a Singaporean I highly recommend it.
