A video newsroom exchange has resurfaced as former Fox 2 Detroit anchor Taryn Asher appears to be in the midst of a disagreement during a review of scripts. Following her firing in November 2025, Asher sued Fox for alleged sex discrimination and retaliation, The New York Post reported. Fox has denied the allegations, saying Asher was fired over “unprofessional workplace behaviour” and “outbursts”. Asher’s representative said the incident shown in the video was an “isolated moment” from years ago, and that it did not result in her firing.
