Really enjoyed the King Crab Egg Custard and Jeju Abalone Risoni at this newly opened restaurant that’s perfect for date night! @Liora serves up dishes with Korean ingredients and flavours combined with European techniques! For snacks, my favourite was the Chikin Nugget ($20 for 3pcs) that has a golden crispy batter and is filled with tender meat and tiny pieces of soft bone to add some extra texture to each bite, served alongside an addictive Maesil BBQ sauce and pickled radish! When it comes to small plates, the King Crab Egg Custard ($32) is a smooth and delicious mix of Crab Roe Veloute, Pickled Myoga and Yuzu Tobiko! And the Jeju Abalone Risoni ($32) comes in an abalone liver sauce and shio kombu for an amazing savoury hit with those rich seafood notes! For mains, they’ve got a nice range of proteins which I definitely wanna come back and try more of, but we went with the Wagyu Cube Roll Steak ($68/100g) with an MB4/5 rating! It comes with Garlic Mustard and a Perilla Coriander Chimichurri, and can be enjoyed in a ssam for that classic Korean mouthful! And end on a nice satisfying note with their Tteok ($20) with a combination of injeolmi, charred banana and tofu ice cream! 📍 Liora, 3B River Valley Rd, Clarke Quay, 01-09, 179021 #sgfoodie #sgrestaurant #koreanfood #creatorsearchinsights #singaporerestaurants
