When a restaurant has been around for 15 years and still constantly draws in a crowd, you know they’re good! @esquinasg is one of the most loved places for Spanish food in Singapore, and to celebrate their 15th Anniversary, they’ve got a rotating menu of their best sellers through the years, with dishes starting from just $15! A couple of my favourites from the 15th Anniversary Special Menu: • Foie Gras Terrine, 2016 ($28), for a buttery rich foie gras stacked on puff pastry! • Mini Uni Paella, 2018 ($28), an umami stacked mix of lobster rice, bafun uni, mongo ika and red prawns! • Carabinero “Al Ajillo”, 2023 ($38), serving up a XXXL Spanish Carabinero prawn, layered with garlic and chili oil, and a side of sourdough to soak up all those juices!
