About 15 people were involved in a brawl at Serangoon Avenue 2 on the night of Oct 27.

Stomper Winsome shared videos of the incident taken from a nearby block.

“I have videos of a gang of people quarrelling and fighting,” said the Stomper.

“One guy got his red shirt ripped off during the fight. Police came after receiving reports.”
