The mall will be redeveloped into a 33-storey mixed-use building, with office and retail spaces and an elevated park, and is expected to reopen in the first half of 2031. Meanwhile, the Singapore Cruise Centre will be relocated to the new HarbourFront passenger terminal at 5 HarbourFront Avenue, with effect from Jul. 15, 2026.
