To restore the service, please turn off the device and turn it back on again, Singtel advised. Thousands of Singtel customers, including users of Gomo which runs on Singtel’s 5G network, reported service outages on the morning of Mar. 16, according to Downdetector. The issue appears to be ongoing, with users complaining of mobile service outages across the island. In a Facebook post at 12:01 pm, Singtel said it was aware of the issue and investigating, with Gomo posting a similar update and advice at the same time. However, some users said that the workaround did not work for them. Both Singtel and Gomo said they would provide updates once available. Photo by Allie C/Google Maps #mothershipnews
