GYUKATSU 😍 from @Gyusei Gyukatsu Steakhouse who are the first halal certified gyukatsu outside of Japan! 🙌🏻 Gyukatsu is essentially katsu beef strips- coated in breadcrumbs, like katsu chicken! 🥩 This whole experience was actually amazing- the gyukatsu just needs to be cooked for a few seconds on either side. You can then eat it with the multiple spices, sauces and kimchi around the plate 🤤 You can also dip it in some runny egg and cook it like that 🥚 It’s served alongside unlimited miso soup, rice and cabbage 🍚 We also tried their Mentaiko mayo fries & XL Hyogo oysters 🦪 My fave dish overall was defo the gyukatsu!
