KAKIGORI 😍 from @ICE&TIME which is the coolest shaved ice dessert! 🙌🏻 This restaurant located in @Visit Singapore Chinatown was such a cool spot with 2 floors of amazing seating – they specialise in Japanese desserts👌🏼 You can get Kakigori in a variety of flavours- I tried two of the best sellers- the Hojicha and chestnut and their lychee milky 🥛 they also have flavours like mango, grape, matcha and more! Both flavours I tried were so good & my fave was the lychee. It’s a super flavourful dessert but not too sweet as it’s primarily flavoured ice. It’s also stuffed in the centre with different items components like sauces, water chestnuts, lychees, other fruits etc. depending on the flavour you get 🍇 The best part is the quality of the shaved ice which is unreal- I didn’t realise it would make much of a difference but it really does! They tried 20 different brands of water before landing on using Laoshan which is imported from Japan. And it gives the ice a super refreshing and sharp taste 🤤 I even tried the water on its own and it was so good and actually tasted different to normal water 💦 They also have other items like daifuku and drinks.
