If you want to indulge in some quality beef… 🥩 Gyusei Gyukatsu Wagyu Steakhouse is the first-ever halal-certified Gyukatsu restaurant in Singapore. They use only A5 Wagyu beef for their Gyukatsu which are smoked over charcoal before serving. The A5 Wagyu Gyukatsu sets start from $33++. The set I had was the A5 Ribeye set ($69++). Each set includes rice, cabbage, miso soup, condiments and a soft-boiled egg. The rice, cabbage and miso soup are free-flow. Prices are certainly on the higher end and for this price, I would expect food to be of great quality, including the sides and condiments. Food is overall decent though meat can be a little more tender. Taste-wise, the Gyukatsu was pretty close to the ones I had in Tokyo. Their miso soup could be more savoury though. I would skip the sides and head straight for their Gyukatsu sets. Their XL oysters is worth a try if you are into seafood. The portion for the seafood is on the smaller side. 🤑: A5 Ribeye Gyukatsu Set ($69++) Premium Seafood Set ($39++) ⭐️: 4.4/5 🥩Gyusei Gyukatsu Restaurant 📍775 N Bridge Rd Level 1 Hotel Clover Singapore 198743 #gyukatsu #halalcertified #halalfood #japanesefood #tiktoksg
