It’s the first weekend of June, summer is officially here, and the city’s dining rooms are answering with menus built for celebration, comfort and a little indulgence. Feast upon Belon’s 10th-year anniversary menu in Central, join Feather & Bone’s citywide burger trail, and indulge in Whey’s Singaporean reinvention.

Belon marks its 10th year in SoHo with a 10-course anniversary menu looking back on the restaurant’s modern French foundations while showcasing how the kitchen has continued to evolve.

Available from June 5 to 30, the menu is led by head chef Mina Güçlüer, whose lighter, more composed approach brings a different rhythm to the restaurant’s signature precision. Dishes on the celebratory menu include foie gras tartlet with Sauternes, green asparagus with caviar and citrus anglaise, and corn and chorizo scarpinocc, nodding to Belon’s past while pointing towards its next chapter.
