Do you remember the Huawei Watch Ultimate? Among its many features, it’s also a golfing smartwatch compatible with both Android and iOS that tracks your playthroughs on the driving range and a course. It packs an incredible number of golf course maps and detailed monitoring of your strokes (backswing, downsizing, swing plane, etc.).
Well, Huawei is now back with an updated version with even more features, and it’s called the Huawei Watch Ultimate 2. Below are the upgrades you can expect, along with a refresher on what’s already available with this wearable.

The Huawei Watch Ultimate 2 has added more features to both its Driving Range and Course modes.

In Driving Range mode, Huawei has added a club-switching tracker. This allows the user to note down their swing performance and training data across different golf clubs. Also added are new swing metrics, backswing range and swing plane.
These additional features build upon the returning ones from the first model, which already track backswing, downswing, swing tempo, and swing speed. Like before, the watch also tells the user how to improve their swing stability and whether their backswing is fully loaded, which is really helpful if their golf coach isn’t available that day.
