Amadeus doubles down on Asia Pacific via partnerships with UnionPay and Singapore Airlines
Amadeus and Singapore Airlines (SIA) have announced the renewal of their multiyear EDIFACT and New Distribution Capability (NDC) agreements, reaffirming a longstanding partnership focused on delivering seamless and personalised experiences across global markets.
This renewed commitment ensures uninterrupted access to Singapore Airlines’ full range of fares, products, and services for travel sellers connected to the Amadeus Travel Platform. It also reinforces the airline’s indirect sales network, supporting SIA’s growth ambitions and driving commercial excellence across multiple channels.
Amadeus and SIA will continue to work together to increase NDC adoption, accelerating a modern retailing environment for agencies and travelers. Through this renewal, Amadeus will support SIA in making additional NDC capabilities and content available to travel sellers over time, empowering richer product differentiation and more personalized offers.
