SINGAPORE: Thousands of Singtel users reported issues with their mobile service on Monday (Mar 16) morning.
The Downdetector website, which tracks outages by collating status reports, showed over 5,000 reports related to Singtel.
In a post on Facebook, the telco said some customers may be experiencing issues with their mobile services.
“Our engineers are investigating and we will provide updates as soon as they become available. To restore the service, please turn off the device and turn it back on again.”
