PS5 Games With The Easiest Platinum Trophies

PS5 Games With The Easiest Platinum Trophies

Some people are obsessed with getting as many trophies as possible. They will even play games they have no interest in just because the particular title has an easy-to-nab platinum trophy. A couple of them only take a few hours, while some of the more involved ones take more time but are still easy to obtain. While there are some mindless, cheaper games on the PlayStation Store, seemingly designed just to give people an easy platinum trophy on the PS5, most of the games are also big titles that will give players emotional fulfillment in addition to the trophy.

While some people like slaving away for a Platinum trophy, it can wear on a player’s patience after a point because of the menial tasks involved in getting this achievement. As a result, there’s always an appeal to a short and sweet title that lets players unwind and rewards them with this treasured achievement in no time at all. It’s a simple pleasure that many PlayStation 5 gamers will enjoy for their own reasons.

We are including games with native PS5 versions, so no PS4 games that run on PS5. That said, we have an article that covers that ground.

Also, while we will mention games designed for a quick Platinum trophy, we will also include traditional PS5 titles that are relatively easy hunts. It would get boring quickly if we only mentioned trophy games, as there just isn’t anything to write about most of them.

Along with personal experience, PSNProfiles was also used as a reference.

Updated January 3, 2026, by Mark Sammut: Platinum trophies came in one shape but many sizes, at least when talking about length. Some titles exist solely to give out platinums, while others also attach a fun game to the trophy. For this update, we focused on short platinums that are relatively enjoyable to get: Lake and The Artful Escape.

ShapeShift Rush

1–5 Minutes To Obtain The Platinum

Although it has different levels of difficulty that require a bit more effort, ShapeShift Rush‘s Platinum Trophy requires NOTHING from players, except $2.49. The game has a very simple gameplay loop: you have to jump between three lanes to match an auto-rolling ball with the right shape. The better you do, the more crystals you collect.

All PS Plus Tiers and Every Game You Can Play Right Now (January 2026)

Sony’s PlayStation Plus is an enticing subscription service that offers a lot of value. Here is almost everything someone needs to know about PS Plus.

On the easiest difficulty, each lane has a circular shape that matches the ball, so you can just let the game play itself and acquire the necessary crystals to unlock all the trophies, as none of them are tied to higher difficulty levels. In a minute or two, the Platinum will be yours. Simple.

The Jumping Churros: Turbo

1–10 Minutes To Obtain The Platinum

The Jumping Churros: Turbo is similar to My Name Is Mayo but with a different aesthetic. Instead of clicking on a jar of mayonnaise, players make a churro jump up and down constantly until they reach the platinum trophy. This game even allows players to simply hold down the jump button, making for perhaps the easiest platinum trophy to earn on the PS5.

It is difficult to tell whether the developer released this game as a joke or if they knew they could make some easy cash from those who want to exploit the trophy system. Either way, it’s both funny and an unsatisfying way to earn a platinum.

There are other Jumping games, like The Jumping Salad: Turbo, that accomplish the same thing.

Be A Bee

1–10 Minutes To Get The Platinum Trophy

OK, this is the last “platinum” game we are going to discuss, as there really isn’t anything to say about any of these. Be A Bee is another game that exists primarily so you can add a platinum trophy to your account (although a Switch version also exists), and you should be able to get it done in under 5 minutes. All you need to do is collect coins and flowers, which is very easily done.

My Name Is Mayo: Remayo

30 Minutes To Obtain The Platinum

Probably one of the most infamous short PlayStation games designed primarily to be an easy platinum, My Name Is Mayo originally debuted on the PS4, and that version is available to play on the PS5 as well. That said, if you are looking to get the optimal Mayo experience, you will want to pick up the Remayo remaster, which is available on both consoles.
