Dispatch‘s second episode, “Onboard“, spans the story of the superhero, Robert, and shows how his life is progressing now that he is part of the SDN working as a Dispatcher. The second episode is not that long, and a good amount of it will be focused on dispatching heroes to calls.
Several choices in this episode may confuse players, such as whether they have negative impacts on relations with a character or affect the story. For this reason, the guide below includes all the dialogue options and what players should choose in Dispatch.
Updated December 30, 2025, by Waseem Muhammad: Each episode of Dispatch offers various choices, some of which can change the outcome of the story. In addition to the long cutscenes filled with dialogues and choices, players will also have to complete a dispatching sequence. The guide below has been updated, adding more information about the dispatching sequence in Episode 2 and what stats the calls need to be completed. A table has also been added at the bottom of the guide which links to all the other episodes in the game.

When you are changing, Invisigal will appear and try to run away. With the conference room locked, you and Blond Blazer will have a conversation with her, where you get another dialogue:
- Powers don’t make you a hero.
- I’m here to help.
- Let’s make the best of it.
You can choose any dialogue, and once Invisigal leaves, Blond Blazer will show you around the office, where you will get another dialogue, and you can choose any option:
- How many heroes work here?
- What heroes do you hire?
- Three D’s?

With the introductions out of the way, Chase will show you information about all the “heroes” in the Phoenix Program. You can go over all the stats if you wish, because this will be important to understand when sending these heroes on calls later. Exit the slideshow when you are done, and Chase will take you to your desk, where you can start the Dispatching sequence. This is exactly like the tutorial in the first episode, but there will be more things you need to keep in check.

Dispatch Synergy Pairs Tier List
Dispatch never spells out why some hero pairings feel stronger than others, so this tier list explores the synergy combinations that dominate.
Keep completing the calls until the Granny’s Donuts call pops up, which Invisigal will go to herself. Inside the shop, Invisigal will ask you what type of donut you like, and these are the options you will get:
- Jelly-filled.
- The long cream ones.
- Plain glazed.
You can go for any option; however, there is a trophy/achievement here that players can unlock if they choose the least popular donut. This relies on what other players have selected, so you might need to retry this episode in case the answer you picked didn’t end up popping the trophy.
Inside the shop, there will be a Perp that you will have to help Invisigal deal with. The first choice here will be:
You can go for either one of these, after which is a timed-hacking sequence where you have to go to the right side and reveal the key combinations, which will help you unlock the square and complete the sequence.
A few minutes into the fight, Granny will grab the weapon and aim it at Invisigal; here, you will have another option:
- DISARM GRANNY.
- TAKE OUT THE THIEF.
Whichever option you go for, Invisigal will go with the other choice, which will leave Granny injured, and the Perp will get away. You will make your way to the Break Room, where Robert tries to use the Vending Machine to get a snack while Sonar is also in the same room.
When Invisigal shows up, you will have a conversation with her, which has multiple dialogue options:
-
Option # 1: (Can go for any choice)
- I can’t just disappear.
- You need better friends.
- You chose that life.
-
Option # 2: (Can go for any choice)
- You ignored my order.
- I told Chase you disobeyed.
- You think that went well?
-
Option # 3: (All choices lead to the same outcome, but will be remembered)
- The suit isn’t Mecha Man.
- You need me.
- I’m the real hero here.
Best Dispatch Stats for Each Character
Here are the best stats to invest in each Z-team member in Dispatch.
After this conversation, you will sit down with Chase and Blond Blazer and discuss how your shift went. Here, you will have a few more dialogue options:
-
Option #1: (Choosing the second option leads to you telling on Invisigal, and the others don’t. This will be remembered)
- The air’s dry.
- Invisigal punched me.
- I bumped my head.
-
Option # 2: (Can go for any choice)
- She disobeyed an order.
- I could’ve done better.
- The perp got away.
Once you leave the office with Blond Blazer, you will have another conversation with these dialogue options:
-
Option # 1:
- Thanks for setting this up.
- I’m glad I’m here too.
- Do you want to grab dinner? (Bronze Blazer will remember this)
-
Option # 2:
- Sorry, I already ate. (increases your relationship with Blonde Blazer)
- Yeah, sounds fun. (decreases your relationship with Blonde Blazer)
- Gotta get home to my dog. (increases your relationship with Blonde Blazer)
This ends the second episode, and you will be able to see the percentage of the choices you picked compared to other players online. Here is a table for all the remaining episodes in Dispatch:
