Red Dead Redemption 2 Spider Dream Mystery Discovered
The Red Dead Redemption 2 mystery community has discovered something unusual in the game that’s gone unnoticed until now. Players started pointing out that spider webs could be found in the game at set locations, but only during certain times of the day, at around 2-4 AM in-game. Near Cornwall Kerosene & Tar, a telegraph pole has a spider faintly carved in it, and at the very top, a spider web with a feather can be spotted during a narrow window of time. The carving would likely be overlooked by most players entirely, and many probably wouldn’t think anything of it even if they did see it. However, the community has discovered that there’s a lot more to this mystery than a simple carving.
The Red Dead Redemption 2 community discovered that if the carving of the spider is overlaid onto the map, its legs align to the location of seven other spiderwebs that can also only be spotted at specific times of night. Additionally, the area that makes up the center of the spider on the map contains another set of webs that lack the feathers, but make up the shape of the letter “N.” Following the path north from there reveals a telegraph pole that can be shot, which then reveals a “W” with more telegraph poles. Following the path west leads to another pole that can be fired at to reveal a “NW,” meaning north-west, and an image of a guitar. A guitar has been discovered to the north-west of the pole, but so far, players haven’t determined where to go from there.
