US President Donald Trump announced on Dec. 16 that the United States will impose full travel bans on seven more countries, including Syria, and will also bar entry to holders of Palestinian Authority passports, AFP reported. The newly added countries are Syria, Burkina Faso, Mali, Niger, Sierra Leone, South Sudan and Laos, along with Palestinian Authority passport holders. The move brings the total number of countries facing US travel bans to nearly 40. Trump said the measures are aimed at protecting US security, as his administration continues to tighten immigration rules. Photo from Donald Trump/Facebook #trump usa🇺🇸 #news #fyp
