The Forsaken Hollows DLC in Elden Ring Nightreign has introduced a lot of new stuff, including new Nightfarers, expeditions, Shifting Earth, and even new locations/structures. These locations, which are called Blacksmith Villages, can now spawn while playing the downloadable content target expeditions.
Though most locations only have bosses and enemies, and players can defeat them to get a Dormant Power, the villages have an additional benefit. Players can find Smithing Tables here that can change the weapon skill for all the Nightfarers. However, accessing this table requires finding the flame, which can be tricky to find at times in Elden Ring Nightreign.

How to Change Weapon Skill in Elden Ring Nightreign
The Blacksmith Village can only appear if you choose the Balancers or Dreglord expeditions and do not have the Great Hollow Shifting Earth active. After loading up the expedition, open up your map, and you should be able to see the new structure with small trees on the side of the icon. These locations can be a different element, changing the enemies and bosses here.
Once you arrive at the village, the Smithing Table will be located either on the topside of the village or near the entrance on the bottom part. If you approach it, you will get a message saying you need heat from a forge. This is usually not difficult to find, especially if you are playing with other players on Trios. What you are going to look for is a stone fireplace with a burned-out flame and a white light inside that you can interact with.
This is usually located on the side of the paths that you take to go further up or down the village. Once you acquire the flame, you can come back to the smithing table and choose any weapon you have in your inventory to change the weapon skill.
If you are playing Trios, you only need to find the flame once, and everyone can change their weapon skill once. After changing the skill, you will have the option to revert it if you do not like the change, but after that, you will not be able to access the table again.
