At NYCC, Marvel Comics revealed what the future holds for the X-Men franchise after the Age of Revelation crossover ends in December 2025. 2026 will usher in a brand new status quo for the X-Men line, dubbed Shadows of Tomorrow.
Shadows of Tomorrow will see some of the ongoing X-books, like Jed MacKay’s X-Men and Gail Simone’s Uncanny X-Men, resume their ongoing numbering. Other titles like Storm and Magik will be relaunched with new titles and directions. And Marvel will also debut a new wave of brand-new X-Men comics, including new solo series for Cyclops and Rogue.
