At Waterfall Ristorante Italiano, Chef Simone Loisi draws inspiration from home-cooked Italian meals and cherished traditions. Highlights include Yellowfin tuna tartare with avocado mousse and caviar, as well as risotto infused with white truffle and pecorino. The turkey roulade comes with saffron mashed potatoes and red fruit sauce. Don’t forget to save room for desserts like toasted panettone with Zabaione ice cream and wild berries.
