A simple parking search turned into a tense moment at Heartbeat@Bedok on Nov 7.
Stomper Francis alerted Stomp to the incident and shared footage from his in-car camera taken at about 11.08am.
From the video, a black Mercedes can be seen reversing into a parking lot that a silver car appeared to be waiting for.
The driver of the silver car then gets out and gestures at the Mercedes driver, seemingly frustrated, before eventually driving away.
Francis described the incident as an example of people “fighting over a parking lot”, but said it’s best not to let such situations escalate.
“As members of society, it’s our responsibility to correct bad behaviour – but without being violent or damaging anyone’s property and be willing to back off if the situation escalates,” he shared.
