SINGAPORE – Former Acting Minister-in-charge of Muslim Affairs Faishal Ibrahim is discussing arrangements for a return to academia with the National University of Singapore.
An NUS spokesperson said this on Aug 24 in response to queries from The Straits Times.
Faishal, who was also Senior Minister of State for Home Affairs, resigned from political office and as an MP on July 20 over a “lapse of judgment” in handling his interactions with a woman, who is a member of the public.
