Great Fairy’s Fountains are home to, well, Great Fairies in The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time remake. The Great Fairies are your gateway to magic and abilities. They’ll give you spells that let you create fire, teleport in and out of dungeons, and grant yourself temporary invulnerability.

However, the Great Fairies are hidden away across Hyrule, and they’re pretty hard to find. That’s not all though, as in the remake, you have to offer the fairies rupees before they’ll provide you with any gifts.

Here’s where to find every Great Fairy Fountain in the Ocarina of Time remake, as well as what abilities you’ll receive and how many rupees you have to offer to each Great Fairy.

Great Fairy’s Fountain #1 — Death Mountain Trail

The first Great Fairy’s Fountain can be found at the top of Death Mountain Trail, but you’ll first need to unlock the Bomb Bag from Dodongo Cavern.

After you have the Bomb Bag, take the path that takes you toward Death Mountain Crater, which is the easternmost path on Death Mountain Trail. Blow up the rocks blocking your way up, and make your way to the stone arch at the top. Go to the end of the tunnel, and the volcano will erupt, launching molten rocks onto the path in front of you. Avoid the rocks and run up the hill as fast as you can. Take out the three Skullwalltulas on the wall, and climb to the top.

On your left, you’ll find Kaepora Gaebora and a breakable rock wall behind him. Blow up the wall and play Zelda’s Lullaby on the Triforce inside. The Great Fairy will speak to you, and tell you that she’ll grant you a new power if you put 25 rupees into the fountain.
