I’m begging you to not come here, because I don’t want to queue 2 hours for what might just be one of my new favourite handmade pasta restaurants! Right from their starters, Scarpetta delivers amazing flavours for really affordable prices! Their Auction Grade Uni Toast was delicious, and the melt in your mouth buttery Charred Bone Marrow Toast was mouth watering! Even the Radicchio Salad and Burrata had such a good balance of flavours! But their pastas are definitely worth the hype! Our 2 must haves are the Bolognese Ravioli, that’s a mix of beef cheek and bone marrow, creating a delicious melt in your mouth bite! And the Cacio E Pepe with Crispy Guanciale, that contrasts the creamy thick pasta with salty crispy bites!
