After a couple of boys stole from their shop, Snooze Store called them out in a now-deleted Instagram post on Monday (Oct 12).
Since then, the family of the two boys have approached the store and acknowledged their children’s actions, the retailer said in an update on Tuesday.
In the deleted video, the boys can be seen fiddling with toys near the store entrance, before one of them puts a toy into his bag. He later repeats this action a second time.
They continue to look around a bit longer, before the second boy surreptitiously pulls another toy from the rack and slips it into his own bag before the pair leave the shop and exit the security camera’s frame.
“We have taken down the video as the family of the boys have stepped forward and acknowledged their actions,” Snooze Store stated.
