A boy riding a kickscooter was hit by a car while crossing a road in Ang Mo Kio last Tuesday (Sept 22) evening.
Dashcam footage shared by Facebook page SG Road Vigilante on Sept 28 shows a boy waiting to cross the road at a traffic junction.
As the traffic light turns green, he begins riding his kickscooter across the road.
Seconds later, a white vehicle approaches and collides with the boy, sending him flying.
According to the Facebook post, the boy’s mother said her son’s mobile phone was lost in the accident, adding that the driver refused to lend the boy his phone or help him contact his family.
